On May 25th, 2020, George Floyd was murdered by Minneapolis police officers. Since then, protests have broken out across the country, as justice for George Floyd has continued to fuel the Black Lives Matter movement.
As a result, the WIID team has created a zine with advice and information meant to help protesters stay safe while expressing their First Amendment rights. As an organization, we feel obligated to use our platform to speak out against the injustices Black people face in the United States. This zine is just one of the ways we hope to support the movement and make it clear that we believe Black Lives Matter.
Because it is usually recommend that protesters disable their cellular data, or not bring their phones to a protest at all, this zine is available for free download, in both mobile and print versions. Check out the options above and download which version best suits your needs.
